Delete your account

You can delete your Nahria account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:

1. Directly in the app (recommended)

In the app, open Profile → Delete account and confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently.

2. By email

Email us from your account's email address at contact@nahria.app with the subject "Delete account". We will delete your account promptly and confirm the deletion.

What gets deleted

Deletion permanently removes your account, your profile (including height, weight, and goals), and your entire food diary, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise. Crash reports are deleted after 90 days at the latest regardless.

Important: An active Nahria Pro subscription does not end when you delete your account. Cancel it separately in the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account (see below). For details on data processing, see the Privacy Policy.

Cancel your Nahria Pro subscription

Nahria Pro is billed by Apple or Google, so the subscription is cancelled there — not on this website. After you cancel, Pro remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for:

• Apple (iPhone/iPad): open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Google Play (Android): open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, or go to Play Store → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
